Gratitude Jar
Over the years, many of us have stopped keeping a journal. So, I created a gratitude jar to capture these moments — for you to write and remind yourself of the moments you're grateful for.
Starting this January 1st, write down one thing you're grateful for, a small goal you accomplished on the way to a bigger one, a compliment you received, or simply something that made you smile that day.
Then, at the end of the year or whenever you need a pick-me-up, open the jar and remind yourself of how full your life is!
It's a thoughtful gift for yourself or your family and friends, both young and old.
Make gratitude a practice.
